OperatorAI

Terms & Conditions

Draft updated 12 October 2026 · English

1. Operator and scope

These terms cover OperatorAI at operatorai1.com, including customer accounts, business listings, AI assistance, bookings, jobs, reviews, and management support. Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data.

Operator: Hunter
Contact address and country:
Contact email: kolozvaridenis56@gmail.com

For current support, open Our partners → OperatorAI management. These draft terms require completion of the contact address and commercial details before being presented as final contractual terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be an adult legally able to enter the relevant agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify management support if you suspect misuse. If you act for a business, you must have authority to manage its profile and customer information.

An account can use customer features and, where entitled, business features. Staff access is a separate permission that can be revoked without automatically removing an ordinary account. Do not share staff credentials or use another person’s account.

Business creation is subject to the available trial, subscription, or approved partnership and the site’s verification rules. The current limit is two businesses per account. Duplicate business names or phone numbers can be rejected. Phone verification demonstrates access to the phone; it is not a guarantee of business licensing or service quality.

3. What OperatorAI provides

OperatorAI supplies software to help users discover businesses, ask questions, book appointments, view jobs, submit applications, and communicate with support. The listed business provides the underlying service or employment opportunity. Listing a partner does not guarantee its qualifications, quality, availability, or suitability.

AI output and translations may contain errors. Confirm important prices, locations, appointment details, and job conditions with the business. Do not rely on the receptionist for emergencies, diagnoses, or professional legal or financial advice.

AI assistance, new bookings, or other features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, or investigation of a fault. Human support is not guaranteed to respond immediately.

4. Business responsibilities

Businesses must keep services, work contact details, prices, currency, addresses, hours, appointment capacity, breaks, job advertisements, and hiring status accurate. They are responsible for any required licences, lawful service delivery, employment obligations, and customer-facing cancellation policies.

Only publish information you are entitled to disclose. A home-office address entered as a public business location can be visible to customers. Use customer details and CVs only for the relevant enquiry, booking, or recruitment purpose unless another lawful basis permits further use.

Dashboard estimated value is an estimate from booking information, not proof of payment, guaranteed earnings, or an accounting statement.

5. Bookings and cancellations

Check the selected business, service, date, time, location, and contact information before confirming a booking. Chatting about an appointment is not itself a confirmed booking; check the booking confirmation and appointment record.

Customers can cancel eligible appointments through their appointment controls. Notify the business promptly about lateness, mistakes, or changes that cannot be made through the site. The business remains responsible for its service agreement with the customer.

Any business-specific deposit, cancellation fee, or refund condition must be disclosed and agreed before it applies. These terms do not introduce a cancellation fee. Canceling an appointment does not cancel an OperatorAI subscription, and hiding a canceled appointment does not erase its records.

Notifications depend on permissions, connectivity, and browser behavior. Both customers and businesses should check their appointment records rather than rely only on an alert.

6. Trials, subscriptions, and partnerships

The standard business trial lasts 30 days from activation, subject to account eligibility. Starting this trial does not by itself authorize a card charge. After expiry, restricted business features require an eligible paid plan or approved partnership.

When paid checkout is enabled, the planned subscription options are:

PlanRecurring price (USD)Compared with monthly billing
Monthly$50 each monthStandard price
Four-month$175 every four months12.5% saving compared with $200
Yearly$500 each yearAbout 16.7% saving compared with $600

The four-month plan is not an annual plan. The checkout must show the final amount, billing interval, any applicable tax, renewal conditions, and merchant identity before payment. Bank currency-conversion charges may be separate. Do not send payment-card details in chat.

A recurring subscription renews at its agreed interval unless canceled. Use the billing-management option when available, or contact support if it cannot be accessed, before the next renewal. Deleting a listing, logging out, or canceling an appointment does not cancel recurring billing. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and leaves access for the paid period, subject to the applicable checkout terms and mandatory law.

Request help with duplicate or incorrect charges, failed service delivery, or refunds through support. Mandatory refund, withdrawal, and other consumer rights remain available; these terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule. Any additional refund policy must be shown before purchase.

A separately agreed prepaid partnership provides access for its recorded duration. It does not automatically cancel an existing recurring payment arrangement. Any negotiated payment and renewal terms must be recorded separately. Future price changes must be communicated before they affect a renewal, with an opportunity to cancel.

7. Jobs and applications

Employers must advertise genuine positions and accurate duties, location, pay information, and hiring status. Applicants must provide accurate information and only upload documents they are entitled to share. The current CV format is PDF, up to 5 MB.

Submitting an application shares it and the CV with the selected business. It does not guarantee an interview, offer, or response. OperatorAI is not the employer and does not make the hiring decision. Do not use applications to collect unrelated sensitive information or request unlawful payments from job seekers.

Profile pictures

Only upload pictures you have permission to use. Profile pictures must be suitable for a general audience: nudity, pornography, sexually suggestive content, graphic violence and hateful imagery are not allowed. Pictures undergo automated safety checks before publication; uncertain or rejected pictures will not be published. Automated checks can make mistakes. Contact management support about a rejected or inappropriate picture. Your approved picture is public and can be removed or replaced from your profile.

8. Reviews and reports

Reviews must describe genuine experiences, distinguish opinion from fact, and avoid threats, harassment, impersonation, spam, and other people’s private information. Do not buy, fabricate, or manipulate ratings.

Posting is subject to the site’s booking-based eligibility checks. Those checks do not independently prove that a service took place or that every statement is true. Honest negative reviews are allowed. Suspected abuse can be reported for review; a report does not guarantee removal.

Relevant authorized staff may review the report and associated records, retain or remove content, and record the moderation decision. Contact management support to dispute a decision. Directory ordering can use ratings and location relevance and is not a guarantee that the top result is the best choice.

External review summaries are separate from reviews submitted on OperatorAI. Check the cited source, date, and business identity before relying on them.

9. Acceptable use and content

Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful discrimination, illegal services, malicious uploads, unauthorized access, account harvesting, or attempts to obtain another user’s private data. Do not circumvent verification, rate limits, subscription restrictions, or staff permissions.

You retain your rights in information you submit. You give OperatorAI the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that information to provide the requested feature: for example, publishing a listing or delivering a CV to an employer. This does not authorize unrelated sale of private applications.

OperatorAI’s software, branding, and designs remain subject to their owners’ rights. Third-party services and external links have their own terms.

10. Suspension, closure, and disputes

Access or content may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, expired access, or unpaid agreed charges. Where appropriate, support should explain the reason and allow a response; immediate restrictions may be needed to protect the service or others.

You may request account closure through management support. Closure does not automatically resolve outstanding bookings, charges, or legally required retention. Request any needed records before closure. Data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Contact the business first about its service or employment decision, and OperatorAI support about platform problems. Nothing in these terms removes rights to approach a regulator, seek legal remedies, or use a competent court.

11. Responsibility and legal rights

OperatorAI is responsible for its platform obligations under applicable law; each business is responsible for its own services and representations. Availability, AI accuracy, booking attendance, and commercial results are not guaranteed.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections or responsibility for fraud. No compulsory arbitration, exclusive foreign court, or fixed liability cap is imposed by this draft. Applicable law and competent courts are determined by the rules that govern the parties and transaction.

12. Changes and contact

The date at the top identifies this version. Material contractual changes must be communicated before taking effect where required, with consent sought when necessary. Posting a revised page alone does not override previously agreed prices or mandatory rights.

Questions about these terms, billing problems, or complaints can be sent to kolozvaridenis56@gmail.com or through OperatorAI management. The contact address must be completed before these documents are finalized.
